STEP 1
Study Your Project
During the initial contact you make with one of our Biossun showrooms, at a nearby showroom or with one of our authorized distributor partners, we will discuss your patio cover project together, with a view to meeting your needs according to the design and layout of your home. We will then render your project in 3D to enable you to visually imagine your future Biossun bioclimatic patio cover.
STEP 2
Technical Visit
Our certified Biossun technicians will then come to your home for a technical visit so as to optimally prepare for production, and to launch production of your Biossun bioclimatic patio cover. We strive on a daily basis to offer our customers unrivalled quality of design and installation, maintaining complete control over the manufacturing process.
STEP 3
Installation
Customize your Biossun bioclimatic patio cover to your personal preference, select from more than 100 available colors and finishes.
STEP 4
Support with Commissioning
Once your patio cover has been installed, we will explain how it works and present the tools that are used to control it. We will give you your welcome guide, allowing you to activate your warranty on our website biossun.com/activate your warranty, and it goes without saying that Biossun (the brand as well as all of our points of sale) will continually remain at your disposal to answer all your questions.
